Jeffrey L. Neuville, Partner

Jeff Neuville brings over 20 years of business ownership, management, and consulting experience withing with small businesses to companies with over $200 million in revenue.

Mr. Neuville is a former owner, President and CEO of Neuville Industries, a highly successful textile firm in Hildebran, NC.  During his time as CEO, he led the company from a period of financial difficulty to the most profitable years in its history and was recognized by Atlanta's Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association as Turnaround of the Year in 2003.  During this time, the company was recognized by Wal-Mart as Vendor of the Year, as well as receiving awards from other customers.

Mr. Neuville has also served as President of a mid-sized distribution company and as a management consultant, working with small and mid-sized companies where he has developed business plans, implemented profit improvement programs, and developed cost reduction programs. 

Mr. Neuville is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland at College Park.

Eric McIntire, Partner

Eric McIntire is an experienced human resources and operations professional with an extensive background in both manufacturing and distribution in Lean environments.  He has a strong international background, serving as VP of Human Resources for a wold leader in surface finishing with an international presence in the US, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

In addition, Mr. McIntire served as interim Managing Director of Mexican Operations, overseeing profitability and growth with responsibilities including sales, finance, accounting, operations, and human resources.

Mr. McIntire also served as VP Operations of a textile company in the home furnishing industry that manufactured for companies such as JC Penney, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marriott, and Sears.

Mr. McIntire is an accomplished trainer and facilitator, successfully implementing training and ERP programs with million dollar budgets.

Mr. McIntire is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree and has an MBA from Pfeiffer University.  He is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
